In general, almost anything will improve with age. I've got 5 yo Gurkhas, Montes, Fuentes etc. and all have gotten better.

Many cigars will improve with age, some will not IMHO. A cigar may mellow and the flavors round out on aging, which can be positive or perhaps negative if you prefer the taste of a fresher cigar. I also believe that fuller cigars in general have more aging potential than very mild cigars.
