First off everyone will have 2 yrs to continue selling there cigars, then 1 additional yr if they have submitted to the FDA. Also, the group that is out now or before August 5th will be able to file as "substantial equivalent", what that means in the FUFDA parlance is anyone's guess however...
Your going to need a NYS sales tax number and a tobacco license. If you plan to roll you will need a Federal TTB license, and a NYS manufacturers license as well.
Hope this helps.
If anyone of you ever hears anything like that in more store please let me know. I shall beat the correct knowledge into them.
I have heard the plume one though so often I don't even say anything anymore I just leave.
Been doing it for quite some time now. Yes I very much enjoy the hobby and have actually started doing them commercially at my shop for the last year or so.
What is it you would like to know?
Forget the ratings follow the only 2 rules needed in cigars;
1. Like what you smoke
2. Smoke what you like
Then forget about ratings because one mans dog rocket might be someone elses daily smoke.
All of the above ;)
I liked the blend from my first batches but the construction was questionable at best. Now very happy with the new blends and the construction, although I will get better with more time in.
I have seen pictures and rolling tables from members in the past but never a thread. Who else rolls their own sticks, lets get a thread to give blends, tips and hints. I roll for profit and fun who else is out there.
