I havent tried the No.3, but the No.2 was packed with leather, earth, coffee, and some spice. It also kicked my ass :p . The No.3 smells so tasty, it smells a bit like a muted Opusx. Im going to fire it up in a few hours.
The one on the top is from a No.2 that I got a few months ago. The one on the bottom is from a No.3 that a friend got for me at a local shop. As you can see the band from the No.2 is a lot more bold and the lines are a lot thicker too. Im pretty sure that it is a fake, but I hope it is not...
Im in love with Oliva Grand Maduro Belicosos, mmmmmmmmm so good! I also really like the Edge Torpedo Maduro. A nice very cheap maduro I like is the AF Curly Head.
I got a five pack of the Ebano size from JR and I had the same experience as you did. Shared one with a buddy of mine and I couldn't stop smelling his aroma even though I had the same cigar, it was very pleasant. My finish as I recal was very woody/cedary. Damn fine cigar.
edit: A comment on...
Are the thin cedar strips that come in boxes good for lining the walls of the cooler? When washing the cooler with dish soap, is it OK to use water from a hose? Thanks guys.
