Ah! The artist! I saw these were coming out. When I saw the art work I thought it was a Van Gogh I had never heard of, until I read it was some scenery he ((Winston Churchill) painted in Cork or something.

Went to the Eastern Shore last week and found the best after lucking in to some fresh jumbo lump crab meat. Made lump Maryland crab cakes, roast potatoes, and coleslaw.

I tried the whipped once, and didn't care for the texture. He sent me both versions once, and my favorite was the hand mixed chunkier version. But, YMMV. Also, his smoked fish with Alder wood is so much stronger, and not something you will find in the local supermarkets...
