This discussion has made me realize it's been quite some time since I've even played this song, so I just recorded a little quick and dirty version on my phone. My voice doesn't have nearly the soul of Bonnie Raitt or Susan Tedeschi, so mine's a little more like the John Prine version.

I switched to 70% crystal gel humidifiers in mine 6 months ago, and I can't get it above 65% even living in a very humid climate. That's about where I like to keep it anyway though.

I was looking at the pictures of the label you posted and it says "Distilled in Lawrenceburg, IN" so it looks like it's MGP rye that they are finishing and bottling themselves. A lot of whiskey makers use that product for the same purpose and they're mostly all good (at least to me). I'll try...
