Liquor Acquisitions 2023, 2024, 2025

Pretty recent, I’d say. I’d not seen it until a few months ago. And it’s surprisingly good.
I was looking at the pictures of the label you posted and it says "Distilled in Lawrenceburg, IN" so it looks like it's MGP rye that they are finishing and bottling themselves. A lot of whiskey makers use that product for the same purpose and they're mostly all good (at least to me). I'll try to find a bottle of that next time I'm up in Indiana.

Someone around here recommended the guy on the left.🙄
Guy at work recommended the bushmills. Reg bushmills is my go to to pour over a couple cubes when its not a martini. I'm near a total wine and they have everything under the sun literally.

HT
If you like the double eye, try the rendezvous rye. One of my favorite pours

Thanks to our brother @Ralph , I was able to acquire this bottle of Laphroaig Cairdeas. Some months ago Ralph brought this up in a previous thread. Since I enjoy Scotch I as for his assessment which sounded good. He also mentioned his local guy had this on sale at a great price ($55). Our stores had this at over $150 so I asked if he could look into it. And so he did. We worked out the dynamics and it arrived today packed like it was well aged TNT. My thanks to @Ralph for his way over the top efforts and time.
