From what I can see, your establishment is a top notch steakhouse. With food and wine, a 4 top bill has to be between $300 - $500. Your clients are in the top 1%, so your cigar menu should reflect that. IMO, you need a hand full of the OpusX, Padron 26/64, Davidoff(Morton's carry them)...
