As I've mentioned, I've got OG Palio and Xikar straight cutters, a Xikar punch, and Xikar and Colibri V-cutters. I'd tried them all, kept going back to the straight cuts. Reading the comments @lucasbuck made a couple of weeks ago, I grabbed the Xikar V-cutter for another try, and son of a gun...

OK, this was pretty good. Leaving Safeway just now with some shredded mozzarella for lunch keto pizza, I see a lady, wearing a hoody, with a 12" disk of Plexiglas in front of her face, hoody pulled around it like a space suit. I guess it was a COVID thing, hell if I know. Couldn't resist...

....I got inspired, and started using the Xikar v-cutter over the last couple of days. Huh...this IS pretty cool. Forgot how well it works with smaller ring smokes. Xikar is very sharp, cuts great. Huh. Back in primary rotation, at least for a while.

I've got a Xikar and a Colibri V-cutter. The Colibri takes a heck of a bite out of the end of the cigar, which is OK for 50+ ring toro's, not so much for smaller ring sizes. The Xikar takes a much smaller cut. Depends on the smoke, thought I've got to say my OG Palio and Xikar dual blade...

Absolutely fantastic, guys..!! Can't wait to pour a dram or two. A best friend is getting one, he's super excited to get his hands on it..!! Oh, me too.... :cool:
