Although I think, (with the scratch of Jvel79) I should be ok, to avoid any issue, just letting the pass know I am out of town Dec. 4-8, so should the pass be headed in my direction, I will not be able to respond until Dec 9.
Thanks

Well, I am trying a new diet based on blood type, and according to my blood type corn is bad and so is distilled liquor. So, I will use this as a basis for just giving up on bourbon. Hell, since I can't get it, its really sleeves off my vest.
Judas H Priest....at the prices for Eagle Rare 17 and Sazerac 18, I'll freaking switch to Tito's vodka and retire early.
It is obscene that in less than 7 years something has gone up in price over 1000%. I could have Warren Buffet's money and I would not pay that price.

I picked up a Dunhill Signed Range Churchill at a local brick & mortar store. The price was $15.60. I was interested in this cigar because I have recently smoked the Davidoff Nicaragua Diadema and it is one of my current favorites. Now, these cigars are expensive (to me) and are not an everyday...
Nothing in the Ga area that I can find. I am being told here that most is allocated to restaurants, and the local stores have it sold when it hits the dock.
If anyone has a line on BTAC or Pappy, please PM me. I have one pour of Sazerac 18 left, and no more Eagle Rare 17. If I could get just...
The last email I received on the pass was Oct. 7. I'm checking in.

I have an 09 Mercedes coupe. Its a gas vs. diesel. While I have had good experience with my first MB, the comments on expensive maintenance are accurate. Most owners of MB I know trade when the warranty expires due to maintenance expenses. I think this same math would apply for Audi and BMW.
I...
So if I want Eagle Rare 17, Sazerace 18 I am pretty much SOL ? I do not have any real connections in the liquor distribution business which is one fustercluck in Ga. The local bottle shop has a list, but from what I see it really does not matter much. They even have a list fro Blantons. I mean...
Mostly the Buffalo Trace brands, the Eagle Rare 17, Sazerac 18, maybe the experimental brands. Or a Pappy if I can find it and afford it. Party City or whatever it was called had a whole isle of bourbons many of which I never see outside KY. It was a store on the main drag, past Keeneland I think.
Some years back I would be in the Lexington area for personal reasons in the fall and stop at a local shop to stock up on bourbon. With the current run on bourbons and the lack of stock in the Atlanta area, I was checking to see if its worth a drive to Ky. I know most distiller start to bottle...
I picked one of the Affinity cigars this weekend. The description on their web sight is accurate, and a nice smoke especially if its a football saturday or sunday where yo may be smoking a few and do not want to taint your taste buds too early.

I had really wanted to try this cigar. I was disappointed. It had a definite sourness to it and seemed really heavy on nicotine. Its an expensive cigar in my view, and for this price point there are way better choices.
The tax factor applies to US bourbon as well. I did a tour at Buffalo Trace a few years back and the guide explained that one reason aged bourbon was more expensive (and this is in 2007 before the current boom) is that Treasury/ATF tax the barrel each year. So, evaporation and taxation means...
JD Howard Reserve 46. Very nice. First time I have had one to try. I believe it may have some age on it, but a nice medium to full smoke with a lot of flavor and paired well with black coffee.
