Just had to top this wonderful thread. I have completed the prep work on this and have it wrapped up in the fridge overnight, then will hit the oven tomorrow mid-morning for a family get-together. It will make an excellent appetizer/snack while the prime rib is cooking later in the afternoon.

Maybe see if your local has any jars or nice ash trays that could be used as a backdrop for the cigars. For example if you could get your hands on a Tat Black jar or something similar, and throw a bunch of nice cigars in there.

Good to hear I'm not the only one with this problem! Part of the problem is that it's hard to keep track of them, when and where they're from. Maybe I need to get a cooler up and running again for a place to keep some of these.

That's about exactly how I feel about it. I'm not about to lock myself in an underground vault and get ready to drink the special koolaid, however I see nothing wrong with stocking up on supplies that will allow me to be self-sufficient for a good long while.

I thought about that, but the problem is alot of them are old, the cellophane is discolored and all yellow, and alot of them are not even rolled anymore, so they probably weren't that good to begin with, right? :whistling:

It's really out of control. I have probably three to four hundred random singles, including cigars where I only have maybe 3-4 of them left. They're in the cabinet's singles drawer, they're in ziplock bags, they're in 3 and 5 finger bags, they're in single bags (like the ones from passes) and...

I need one of those. It's that simple.
