I enjoy darker beers when I smoke so my all-time favorite is Abita Turbo Dog - a micro brew out of Abita Springs, LA - it is fantastic!

I just happened upon this last week and love it! You really can't beat it for the price. The funny thing is - it was originally purchased to add a little flavor to the Beef Wellington we were making! :D I think another bottle is definitely in order! Chad
