    Today's Smoke 2025

‘97 ERDM Grandes de España (7 1/2 X 38 Delicados) - it’s been fun reviewing my smokes in this thread but I feel like I’m gumming up the works so I’ll try and be more brief going forward. Light citrus, heavy crem, strudel - very floral retro. Impeccable construction. Confectionary flavors now...

    Today's Smoke 2025

‘01 SLR PC Tubos - spent its whole life en tubos - Orange Pekoe! What a perfectly wonderful tea flavor. That’s a first. Draw just a tad firm. Gotta start dry boxing when cold draw isn’t perfect. Especially out of a tubos. Pulled an Epi 2 out of a tubos yesterday and immediately in the dry box...

    Today's Smoke 2025

‘03 Partagas Serie du Connaisseur #2 (6 1/2 X 38) - was on the vHerf so didn’t take any notes. Suffice to say it was damn good. Classic old school Partagas flavors that I only occasionally find in Lusi, P2 & 898 of the current production vitolas. Along with the Charlottes & Lonsdales the 3 PSdCs...

    Cigar Lounge Rant (Mandan, ND)

Thanks for sharing your experience Eric. I should have just lit up my own cigar after dropping $80 at high margin and a very generous tip. If the joint wasn’t 4 hours away I would have negotiated harder. Probably shouldn’t have asked at all but I’m dumb that way.

    Cigar of the month

‘70’s RyJ Coronas - decadent dessert cigar. So sweet it’s like smoking a candy cane. Flavors you just don’t get in anything but a very old cigar.

    Cigar Lounge Rant (Mandan, ND)

Believe me I was not underdressed for this Midwest Carhartt crowd 😆 This place was hopping all night. I must have seen them ring a couple grand in just the hour and a half I was in the joint. I don’t get it. A bunch of people came in just to buy cigars and leave! Crazy. So tempted to open my own...

    Cigar Lounge Rant (Mandan, ND)

Always makes me smile how much you guys enjoyed those. So much better than if I had smoked them myself. And if we should ever meet I just might have a treat for you 🤤

    Cigar Lounge Rant (Mandan, ND)

Thanks for your thoughts and commiserations Brothers. Next time if there is one I will buy one of theirs and just fire up my own. If they grouse then so be it. I’ll be done with them for good.

    Cigar Lounge Rant (Mandan, ND)

Family trip to BisMan, NoDak and was excited to hit up the first and only cigar lounge in all of North Dakota. Big Stick Cigar Lounge in "legendary" downtown Mandan (actually more infamous as the badlands in the region 😅). This would be my second public lounge ever and after an outstanding...

    Guns

I’m so enamored with the 5.7! Been looking for a deal on the S&W 57 for a while now. Sorry about your state’s ban. That really sucks. My current carry guns are a Smith Shield Plus in 30SC & a Seecamp but I would definitely consider the Smith 57 if I can shoot it well, especially in winter when I...
