T52 - the thing's an absolute smokestack but has that large ring airy weak flavor going on as well, at least so far.

I haven't posted anything here for a while - I'm still making a large sandwich loaf pretty much every weekend. This one is 750 g flour (1/3 fresh milled whole wheat, 2/3 organic unbleached all purpose), 68% hydration, 8% (60 g) avocado oil, 2% (15 g) salt. I'll try to remember to take a picture...

The Anejo 49 I smoked last night was cracked as well but it smoked just fine.

Caldwell Long Live the King My Style is Jalapeno. Only my second one giving it another try after being less than impressed by the first one. I'm really enjoying it this time.

Mi Querida Triqi Traca (I think that's how it's spelled) 6x52 Toro. Very flavorful, as I'd expect from a MQ, which has become one of my favorite marcas. And, this thing is putting out an absolutely indecent amount of smoke.
