From what I can find it’s only covering defects, not wear and tear. The cutter is fine except for the now dull blades.

May 2013 Hoyo Epicure Especial - my first. Cold draw delightfully strong wood notes. Cinnamon, fresh baked bread, nice baking spice throughout. Mostly savory flavors with even the cinnamon tangy and sharp. Interesting cigar.
