    Freeing up the draw

Cut it.  I have a small jar of cigar glue http://www.eacarey.c...?AdID=687--8200 though I get it at my local cigar shop.  I then cut about 1.5 to 2 inches off the foot of the cigar, repair any damage to both, let them dry and smoke them. I use to poke them but I got sick and tired of it.  I have...

    Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleurs

RJ's are alright. I find them to be a bit on the light side for me. Same thing happened to me as Aussie, the more I smoked the more I started leaning toward full cigars, so now RJ's just don't thrill me any more.

    Cuban to smoke right away

Just got a bunch of Partagas Shorts, from 2011. Boy they are toasty, so I will be smoking them before they turn and need to be put in for aging.

    Trinidad Short Robustos EL 2010

Never had the LE's, but I bet if you let them sit a few years they will be awesome. I had a couple boxes regular robustos. I didn't even crack into them for a couple years and only after I found them when cleaning my humidor. I smoked them right up. They were great, like smoking almonds and...

    Macallan 30 year old Scotch

What I have always wanted to do is buy a very expensive bottle of anything, drink it, than fill it with cheaper stuff to give to those people I know that always talk about how great their tastes are. Kind of a test. So I bought me a bottle of Louis XIII Cognac at $1600 and have been slowly...

Any Difference to you guys? Tubos or Box

I have noticed slight differences between the tubos and boxed. The tubos variety usually has a more bitter/spice flavor? I don't know, I just notice a difference. So I prefer the box.

    Acid Cigars, Good or Bad?

Not a big fan of flavored cigars. But that is not what is important, smoke what you like. I did however like the advice about no lighting one up in front of other cigar smokers, the flavor in them over power the non-flavored cigars.

    Shuriken Cutter

I got the Shuriken yesterday. I bought a cabinet of 50, Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No. 2 back in 2007 and have about 12 left, not a single one had a problem though flavors did change over time. I used one of these as a test on the Shuriken. The cigar pulled smoke ok and I was beginning to be...
