Rod, Brickhouse is right, because I have that setup on my car. I noticed the same thing when I first got Sirius, and having it run directly into the radio eliminates all of the problems. You are right about the sound, however, but that's a problem that both Sirius and XM share.

Having had both, I now only have Sirius. I think the programming is much, much better.

Sorry to hear the news, but, most people I know who have had this happen say, in retrospect, that it was a positive thing. It ends up allowing them to explore other opportunities they may not normally have taken a chance on. Good luck!
