    New humidor, needed more room

hah, sadly it wouldn't surprise me if this is the case sooner rather than later. as far as the humidifier it could just have been foam dust as it is brand new but like I said I won't really be using it as I have had good results with hearfelt beads.. I was just curious.

    New humidor, needed more room

Well I just got in my new humidor... just as everyone said would happen I quickly outgrew the small one I began with. I can breathe a sigh of relief now that I have room to expand my horizons :D a quick question though... the humidifier when I charged it released a strange bluish tint into...

    xikar lighter question

It doesn't really appear to have any sort of functional role that I can tell... no screw just a hole in the case with what appears to be black plastic that didn't return to its original position when compressed. Hopefully someone who has one can explain this.

    Today's Smoke II

had a padilla obsidian today and it tasted like crap. it looked and smelled great before lighting but in this case I found the looks to be deceiving. had a lot of unpleasant sour notes the first inch or so, then mellowed out into a pretty bland smoke, with the sour picking up again at the...

    Anyone try the Oliva Connecticut?

I just tried one of these, and for a mild cigar it packed a lot of creamy flavor. I think it would be a great selection as a morning smoke, or perhaps to give a friend to smoke that may not be a regular smoker.

    Optimal humidities for different cigars?

Hi folks, I have a quick question here that I couldn't resolve using the search function. I recently picked up a few sampler packs and as I was researching the various selections that I received, I noticed that particular cigars like the Oliva Serie O's (puros) claim that they are best...
