I placed an order, via phone, with Cuban Crafters in Miami back in March. I used my credit card and Cuban Crafters billed it imediately. Fast forward to late July and my order has yet to be shipped/delivered. Numerous phone calls from me to Cuban Crafters have all resulted in the same response...
Fairness update:
I just smoked a Medina 1959 chairmen 6x60 and it was an awesome smoke. These babys aint cheap, but they're very good. Might be worth getting the sampler pack if'n you havent tried these and have been curious. Excelent smoke, at least in the bigger size.
Rocky Patel 1990 or 1992 cigars are pretty damned good and fit your budget. You can get 'em in 5 packs or 6 packs if you just want to try them. IMO they are about as good a stick quality wise as you can buy for $4 +/- ea.
Cuban Crafters cigar store at 3604 NW 7th st in Miami is worth a visit, if you're up for a short drive from Ft Lauderdale. Might have the random chance at meeting Don Kiki (owner).

I am hoping these are the same or very close...
Does anyone know where I can find some Kiki whites, torpedo size, or close?
I've called my go to places, and they're all out.
I'm hoping to land at least a few boxes.
Yup.

I just smoked a 7x48 Medina 1959 tonight. I thought it was bad. Tasted like smokin a piece of plywood. The burn was fine, as was the draw, but taste was rotten. The only way I'll ever smoke one of these again is if it's free, then only to give it a second chance.
I really love some of the...
My worst was an Arte Cubano Atrhon churchill. I've smoked 2 of these sticks, and they are total dog s**t. Taste goes from wood to sawdust.
I have 23 left, and they are going in the garbage
I've smoke a few of the Cuban crafters cabinet sticks in various sizes, and found them to be very good. I see in their catalog they offer a "sandwich" bundle, supposedly made with the leftover tobacco used in the cabinet sticks.
I'd like to hear from anyone who could tell how close these two...
