Good Review. I have a few boxes from '08 that are smoking great. I love the Siglo VI, but the IV is slowly rising.

This is a good humidor. I put an Oasis XL Plus in mine and it was perfect for the size. When completely filled, I only had to recharge the Oasis about once every three weeks. Enjoy.

I still have a few of the original jar release (corona gorda), and must say, they are simply outstanding; one of the best smokes I've ever had.

I've got a box of these that have been resting for two years. I have smoked five or six and each has been a rocket. As you say, hard as a brick, terrible draw; IMO just an unpleasant smoke. However, I will add that the occasional good draw did have an excellent flavor.

2008 Siglo VI

BT, I couldn't agree more. I have gone through 10-12 lighters over past few years, some fairly expensive. I went to Walmart, bought a Ronson for $2.94; works great. And, it has lasted as long as the more expensive lighters. I bought two extras today, only way to go IMO.

I have about 15 of these left and I must say, IMHO these rival the best cigars I've ever smoked, including CC. So far (tap tap), I've never had a tight draw or bad burn.
