    Hell of a Triangle...I wonder what Sonnen thinks about that Nogueira "happy meal" black belt now. Big props to Sonnen though, he dominated a great champion 4.5 rounds. There has to be a rematch!

    Congrats! I have a 1 year coming up in Oct. and was wondering how that cake was gonna taste. Looks like I'll have to have a nice stick waiting as well.
