Training... Well there's a conspiracy behind every corner of this article.
Add up the ammunition purchased over the last 5 years and then well talk, Associated Press.
The other thing about this article is, there were a lot more than 174mil Hollow Points purchased by all agencies combined (if memory serves); & to my knowledge Hollow Points are not for training...?
What about the 7000 Fully Automatic AR-15s purchased by DHS this year??
We'll never know until we're there... or is that, until it's too late??
