This is another which I've been excited to try. I hear Trinidad's are fancy. I just finished several hours of serious yard work so i didn't quite feel refreshed enough to don a tailcoat even just a simple dinner suit. Alas, please forgive me for slobbishly wearing a simple polo and khakis for this review. At the start, it has that powdery taste like the PLPC and not the J&J stuff. High end powder. Like the kind Beyoncé would have her maids put on her baby's bottom during diaper changes. Fancy. The construction is pretty good, though i would have preferred a slightly more open draw but its not an issue. The strength is medium, medium minus.
The cigar is consistent with flavor, and strength
Construction: very good
Taste: Powder, fancy powder.
Opinion: good, I dig it
Strength: medium / medium minus
Would I buy it: possibly. I'd do a GB depending on price. This is competing with Davidoff for me.
Would I smoke again: yep

Trinidad Reyes I believe. I think a 12 pack runs around 160-180$. Correct me if wrong. Great review!

Edit: I’m wrong, listen to them lol

My Cubans never tasted like fancy powder. Must be buying from the wrong dealer. 😉.

Oh My!
Reyes are a nice smoke.
The prices have come down (or at last not gone up as some other brands) - keeping it in rotation.

The coloniales are one of my favorite sticks - though price point get steep (look for sales!)

Actuall - look for sales on either :D
