The Secret Service did conduct a study that included each and every school shooting between the 70s and 200?. Their findings conclusively showed that there is no 'school shooter' profile.

Of course the video is over the top. The point is that "dress codes" mean absolutely nothing and do absolutely nothing to prevent school violence and the ability, or lack thereof, to conceal a weapon.
