Stopped by his shop tonight and picked up my first Anejo-a #49. Smells friggin' awesome! Now I'm just sitting around waiting for July.

Of course, if I can't wait, I'll just run up to Al's place and light up. You won't mind, right Al?

My first Anejo was a #49 this last Feb in PR. It was freaking awesome. Possibly the best stick I've had, and certainly the best one on that trip, and I brought out the best cigars I had for that trip. Prepare to nub it.
 
Just had my first 50 last night, and damn it was tasty. :) I paired it with a huge cup of black French Vanilla coffee, and to me that brought out the flavors 10 fold. Anejos are now my fav maduro like that, but then again I am a nub to all cigars!!! :)

If you haven't smoked that Anejo by the time I get back Atlanta in January then I am going to smoke it for you. That's not a threat- its a guarantee. I hope you are doing well. Take care.
