1st Wedding Anniversary Coming Up

So its been almost a year, ALREADY!! Time goes by quick. I know, I know, it only gets worse as you get even older like some of you old farts :laugh: but this first year of marriage has definitely flown by.

The wife and I are heading towards the mountains of NC this weekend to stay at some bed & breakfast. The area we are staying at is having a big BBQ and Rib competition, so we're going to check that out. I want to compare my stuff with the Seasoned veterans of BBQ and see how mine stacks up. Really looking forward to the weekend though.

So I've got a few things planned for this weekend. First thing, I got a REALLY damn nice bottle of wine from the WAR pass. Its a 1992 Caymus Special Select. I've been just itching to open that bottle up, but wanted to save it for a special occasion. So that will be opened this weekend for sure.

I also want to pull out at least one real nice stick for the occasion. Not sure what though. Maybe one of the Glass tubed Opus Forbidden X I have.

We have 27 in the end of this month and I'm saving my very first Opus X for that occasion. I'm also saving my first God of Fire for the birth of my first grandchild (whenever that might be).
