2 Bands on Padilla '68

Just received my first box of Padilla '68 Robusto's and when I pulled off the band, there was another underneath it. It says Padilla Authentic. Ever seen this? I have had plenty of Padilla Miami's and 1932 but I have never seen this. Is it on every one of the '68? Should it be on every one?

The only '68 that I ever set fire to had 2 bands also.

the 68 is double banded, nothing out of the ordinary.
