ARGHHHHHHHH 5 hrs of my day total down the crapper! And yes Ranger Bill I have been called that mannny times...I thought about calling the phone company just so I could sit on hold for 3 hrs, but I declined...Gotta go back to the DMV first thing in the morning too...

The only thing that can top that is standing in line at Immigration and Naturalization Service, waiting for the cable guy, going to the post office and trying to mail a package the day before Christmas, etc.
