Without a pass rush Jay, our DBs will be exploited all game long....like all of last year, we hardly had any pressure on the opposing QB so they picked our weak secondary apart. Those first two DL picks are sure to play in the rotation on the D-line this year for sure...let's hope they measure up.My Giants have picked at every D position except the one need they have. There's a gaping hole at LB that needed to be filled.
That kid C.J. Spiller is a freak...go to YouTube and look at some of his highlights! The problem is, does Buffalo have any blocking for him? The saving grace is, he may not need much to spring him loose!Don't worry jayro75 your team wasn't the only one not picking players for the position they need. The Bills haven't had a QB since Jim Kelly retired... I have a love hate relationship with the Bills.

Just hope he makes it 2-3-4 years before he breaks down from getting hammered by 350lb linemen!...he's not a big guy...ex: Clinton Portis, Brian Westbrook, etc...
ESPN online for the NFL draft really sucks for the casual fan...if you're not an INSIDER ($39.95 per yr), they show you no valued content....another money grab!
I've been an INSIDER since it started, but that is just wrong. INSIDER membership started at $9.95 a year when it first started out. As time goes by, they tag more & more content to the "INSIDER" subscribers.
CBS Sportsline is still the same....track it there for live picks, updates and comments about each player picked.
ESPN TV is getting more and more like Entertainment Tonight and their online experience is turning into "Pay-per-view".
Rant off...
I hear ya Brian, that's pretty much what I do. But the thing that irked me was I was talking to a few friends during the draft and I told them to go on ESPN to get more in-depth stats on the players....they were the ones that told me most of what I was talking about was tagged to being an INSIDER....plus, I'm really creating a major attitude about ESPN in general...ever since they camped out at TO's house the day he OD'd on aspirin! Even SportsCenter is starting to piss me off.... :laugh:ESPN online for the NFL draft really sucks for the casual fan...if you're not an INSIDER ($39.95 per yr), they show you no valued content....another money grab!

Do like I do Gary. I haven't paid more than $4 a year for insider/ESPN the Mag for over 3 years now. There's always a deal for Insider on slickdeals for $4 a year. I cancel after 11 months before they renew me for full price and then re-up through slickdeals about a week later.
I'm still waiting to see if they trade Osi to the Panthers...I hear ya Brian, that's pretty much what I do. Your Panthers had a ton of picks considering they had no first rounder. Clausen will be a gamer and a leader on the field, way better than Tebow will ever be...in fact, their first 3 picks were pretty good....the next seven...I dunno what to say! ???
The Giants #1 is a little suspect...a 3rd and long pass rusher at best.
I didn't follow it at all, but am confused as to why Denver picked up Tebow after just trading for Brady Quinn and announcing Orton was the starting QB. ???
I'm sure it makes sense to someone, though. Looking forward to the season starting, either way.

I'm sure I'm not the only guy who loves football on here, but I might be the only nerd watching every minute of the draft.
My Chiefs picked up three good players that should contribute immediately. How did your team do so far?

John, are we gonna do a little Iron Bowl betting this coming season? I am thinking we should do that ;-)
