I may be one of the few in the pass when I say this, but that Partagas is akin to a Perdomo Edicion de Silvio, Stradivarius, or "high end" Gurkha as far as being a shitty cigar that has an astounding price....and no, that isn't my opinion being voiced on what I think of that cigar.
I'll let the others chime in, but that wouldn't be the only trade I wouldn't allow...

As far as pricing goes, you need to go by average pricing from at least 3 different sources. The FFP is $16+ at the retailers that I COULD find them and then only one had them in stock. The Partagas was $13-$14 on average.
Because of the way prices differ from retailer to retailer, you have to use the above method. MSRP is generally used on rarer or limited cigars. That's why typically you need to trade a rare/limited cigar for another like cigar.

Yeah I tried to match the rarity for most but then I took an arrow to the knee and I got in the ditch with the Partagas. Lol

Anything by general including a limited partagas, in my opinion, should not be traded, and probably not for an FFP.
