Did Delaware approve sports betting yet? College and Pro
Football will be in season by 9/19.

I think DE has approved the sports betting,, dont hold me to it though. Also they are hoppin the table games will be up and runnin by then.

A news article on Friday says DE being sued by pro
sports leagues and the NCAA, to invalidate sports
betting in DE. Then I heard on TV news that DE is
'grandfathered' by Congress, allowing sports betting.
