Yes, I am much to young remember them (I wasnt alive), but very much old enough to realize The Beatles changed the music world.

To the older folks I am sure you remember this, it is quite sad that they can not come together to do a "one more time" concert much like Pink Floyd did a few years back for LIVE 8 concert.

To the younger folks. Watch and be amaze. Image the Foo fighters doing this.

What were some of your favorite Beatles songs? Me personally was "Something" one of the few great songs George Harrison wrote and song.

There was a party or wedding reception that Clapton had and all of the Beatles got invites to. Lennon received his late, otherwise he would have been there, too. That would have been the reunion, as the other three got together and jammed for this private occasion. When Clapton asked Lennon about it, John said that he was sorry he missed it and would have joined the others.

My mother was a HUGE Beatles fan. I found 2 scrapbooks of hers that had pictures and articles from magazines from back then, base ball card type pictures that she got at concerts, ticket stubs, and the front page of the newspaper with the famous "Beatles Invade America" on it. She also gave me an album she had, that had the full album on side A, and on side B it was the same but they sung it in German. It was really cool! (it was the one with "I Want to Hold Your Hand" on it, but I can't say for sure as it's locked up)

I think my fav Beatles songs are (in no certain order): Elanor Rigby, Paperback Writer, Yesterday, Hey Jude, Strawberry Fields Forever, ... Hell just about everyone of them. I love em, I listen to them all the time!

Thanks for the link David, I have not seen this yet!

I remember this well and always wondered who called the cops to shut it down. A few of my favorites are Michelle, Good Morning Good Morning, The mini opus She Came In Through The Bathroom Window / Golden Slumbers / Carry That Weight / The End and She Said She Said. I could/should add about 100 more.
