Lol. I've been down here a long time now, but I spent many years surfing back home in California, particularly Santa Cruz and all points around there. Steamer Lane was my home away from home, and where I went when I ditched class (which I did often). Anyway, point being, I am very much used to and prefer the cold, cold water of the NorCal Pacific. My favorite time is when the water here gets cold in the winter, and when I love going in. In summer time here, the water gets like hot, hot bath water and I truly don't like it...though I'm still in the water then too.
