Someone gave my dad an A Fuente Canones Maduro about a year and a half ago. He doesn't smoke cigars, so he gave it to me and it's been sitting in my humidor ever since. You don't see many cigars that size anymore, and I haven't gotten around to smoking it with so many other sticks in my box. Has anyone had one of these before?
 
Man thats A big gar,Never had that size but its fuente and its a year and a half old. fire it up and let us know.
 
You ain't kidding about the size! (8 1/2 x 52) That's partly the reason it's been sitting for so long, it's hard to find enough time to smoke the damn thing. Seeing as how it's too cold for golf now, I'm gonna just have to call in sick to work or something.
 
Not to get anyone in trouble but the guys at my local tinderbox smoke at the store. I like them though, not to good of deals on box prices but singles are competitive in price.I almost always find an opus or shark there. yummy!
 
We smoke in our store too. I don't know about other Tinder Boxes, but it's allowed in ours. Only place in the mall you can smoke in. We get to know a lot of the mall employees who don't want to walk all the way outside on their smoke breaks.

True, we don't have very good box deals. We give a 10% box discount which barely covers Tennessee sales tax. But we've been told that we have the best singles prices in Chattanooga.
 
Well there ya go take that big nasty in the store and go for it.Although if you like to drink that could cause a problem.lol
 
Well, I sure do enjoy a nice glass on Knob Creek with my stogie every now and again. And I'm sure that while smoking is allowed, imbibing is probably deeply frowned upon.
 
The Canone is a perfect size to smoke during a football game. It will last almost the entire time.

When I actually find time to sit and smoke the thing.
 
I must be more lazy in the summer than some of you. I've got quite a few "A" or "Gigante" size smokes ranging from some Diamond Crown #1 (8.5x54), Juan Clemente Gigante (9.25x50), Montecristo "A" (9.25x47), Opus X "A" (just 1 @ 9.25x47), a Camacho Liberty (8x50-52), and a few of the aforementioned Canones with a bunch of 7.5x50-54 smokes.

I try to fire one up a week in the summer, 2-3 (or longer) hours of nothing but pure relaxing and the wife knows not to find me when she sees me go out with one big sticks.
 
Well, I've never seen one, i'm about to hunt one down though. I'll say this about Chattanooga TN, and cigars, ESHAW is right on. They are the best around. The other stores (I will be nice and not mention names) have great selection, but for those prices, I can order singles online and have enough leftover for a coke. If Tinderbox here was bigger, then they'd rock around here. But no, I've never seen one lol.
 
Well, I can't wait to try this thing. I'm off tommorrow, I'll have to burn it down. Maybe, it's scary! lol
