Wow even with a top of the line PC that one slows my system to a crawl if I don't turn on simple craphics... A catapult is too

Nope the chain keeps getting wrapped up on the right wheel and locks it in place.

Fixed it for you, works now. I've had that same bug happen where it works fine, then you save it and it no longer works.
