EPD officers responded to a fire at the Zeta Beta Tau house on Feb. 7 after a 20-year-old male student attempted to dry his pants on the stove. The student stated that he fell asleep while his pants were still on the stove and found them on fire when he woke up. He removed his pants from the stove and the fire was put out. There was no damage to the kitchen area of the house.

Not even colleges can teach common sense. I wonder if when he put the pants on the stove he had any thoughts of "this could end up being a terrible idea" go through his head?
