Lights are up, wire management is complete, and she holds like a dream. I imagine that I'll always be tinkering with this thing but I think we have come to my final post of the build. Thanks to everyone who followed along with me and a special thanks to @Tall Paul for the Spanish cedar recommendation and @BlindedByScience for the Accumonitor and LED light recommendation - the project came out much better thanks to your tips.
Here it is lit up with a sweet white to blue Indianapolis Colts fade.
