ACID Cigars

not for me way too sweet and funky, as far as the rest of the Drew Estates there is only 1 i like ad i think everybody knows what that is..... the Liga Privada #9, everything else is a dog rocket and yes please use the search option

I can't bring myself to buy a Liga Privada #9 until I hear an apology from Drew Estates for the making of the putrid ACID cigars. In some prior thread or other I swore violence against anyone connected to the manufacture of ACID cigars. Let me know if you capture one of their people.

If you have any, let me know. I'll smoke them for you.

Isy, I sent him one of mine, just to "show" his ass!

Acid's were the first cigar I threw away after a few puffs. I tried the Vieja Habana and that went a little better, but won't be buying it again either.

Well done Bruce. I have been on him for months now to give them a try, but I wanted him to have to spend some of his own hard earned(well he's a lawyer so maybe not that hard earned) money on a Drew Estate product.

I hear what your saying but I have heard nothing but good things about the #9 and as soon as I can I want to give one a try.

Where can I go that Sneedy is not going to be pushing a Liga 9 comment at me? He is relentless...maybe he works for Drew Estates. If I get one, I will give it an honest try.

I was apprehensive about them just because of the way they smelled, after i was given one, (KubhaKubha) I tried it. Its a good smoke when your looking for something totally different. I think the younger crowd enjoys the Drew Estate line, and to keep the tradition going, keeping the younger generation involved is key.

Allow me to speak for the "younger generation" with an emphatic no.

x2. I'm 21, and I was turned onto cigars by Padron, DPG, and Fuente, not by Drew Estate.

Whenever one of my friends asks for an Acid at the local cigar shop/bar, I take the opportunity to introduce him to some better cigar options. Many of them still smoke the occasional Kuba Kuba, but at least they now know what they are missing and will admit that they are smoking rather expensive crap.
