I've been put on an ordering freeze due to the arrival of my RP '05 Chest of 15. ??? A couple of trips to the mall should take care of that. :whistling:

First of all...that's not safe. I'll continue to sneak my boxes into the humi.

Second, the buying freeze isn't due to her, but due tot he fact that I don't want boxes sitting outside in the heat for a few days.

Nope. Not too safe at all. It's not a matter of putting the foot down. I'm thinking of it as a peace keeping mission and not listening to the wrath for 3 days straight. Especially this close to wedding.

Smoke, did you have your BP yet?

Exaclty, I know which battles and when. Right now, none are good ideas, IMHO.

Yes, I had my BP back April 8-9th. Went to Montreal and misbahaved for 24 hours or so. Many cigars, much, much whisky, good times had by all.
Yours was last weekend, right?

That is funny, I only started LISTENING to marital advice after my divorce. I am much more confident in the longevity of this relationship. For one thing, I occasionally listen to what she has to say. That, and she's not a redhead, and we didn't start dating at 22 years old.
 
Hey everyone! I thought I would ressurect this thread for the last time. Hard to believe that it was just over a month when I started it and now the day has come and gone!!

One of the BOTLs suggested we get some photos of the "big day" with cigars and we did just that! I wanted to share a few.

Here we have the wife and I with our stogies. I smoked my very first Cohiba Siglo IV, which won the recent poll that I did. She had a Avo Robusto which she really liked and wants me to get more of, especially for the upcoming honeymoon.

I'm tying the knot on 10/20 of this year, and though my fiance (Libby) is not a fan of cigars (or the fact that I smoke them) she did ask if I wanted to smoke some cigars on my wedding day (no, she's not partaking... she just knows I'd want to celebrate).

Now is that cool or what? Even in the face of adversity, she still knows what cigars mean to me and is willing to put aside her disdain of puros for my personal enjoyment.

Once again, congrats! :thumbs:
