there is no way someone could tell if I was just packing a few camel snus in. Those things are tiny and give a decent buzz, considering you don't need to spit and a tin is only 2-3 bucks.
I swear by snus as well. I use it on all car rides, planes, and deployments. I never got into dipping specifically because of the spitting...not a fan, so I'd think no one would complain about snus. I wonder if the "any tobacco product" rule is on every airline now.

OWRITE! Fellow snus users! Nice to hear from you as we're a small percentage in the US that use this as compared to traditional dip. Sometimes, people think I put a piece of gum in my mouth (just pop it in and move it to your upper lip with your tongue) so I agree Chainer they won't notice it, plus there's no "fat lip symdrome" as it's actually parked on either side of the front teeth. The smell of non flavored traditional snus is different from American dip but it does taste better than it smells.
A short story.......while watching a movie, the guy behind me opened his can of Cope and I could tell from the aroma, it smells good, but highly aromatic. I think if I had put a pouch in at that moment, if people smelled a whiff, they probably shrugged their shoulders and thought "Wonder what that was?"
