Hey all!
I haven't been on in a while (love the new forum look!), but rest assured I've been enjoying a summer rich with stogies (my new fav = RP "A" Series, Vintage 1990).

I was just stopping in to let all of you know that I've started a new travel blog. As you might know, I'm a big road-trip enthusiast, and this blog is a chronicle of my attempts to drive every Alaskan Highway.

Didn't mean to bother anyone by soliciting or shilling...My blog is play, not work! I don't make any money from it. I only shared it here because it's a leisure activity of mine and I thought you folks would be interested.

Rude? I think it's rude to join a community, hang around a little bit, disappear for a few months, and then post an advertisement when you return. But that might just be me.

I didn't realize an invitation to check something out counted as an advertisement. It was not intended as an advertisement! I derive no benefit from that blog whether people visit or not, so why should I want to advertise? It fits in the same category as cigars for me--leisure activity! That's why I thought you folks would be interested in it. Pardon me if that was out of line.
