I think I'm finally over the sinus infection, thankfully.
 
final dose of second z pac tomorrow morning, and leaving in the morning for a week at the Outer Banks.
 
Taking an additional Z pac with me, to have on hand if needed.

Can't wait till I get there, and have a cigar. And yes, I will retrohale. Maybe less than usual, but got to do it.
 
Bill, I would suggest that you just religiously use some form of saline treatment every day, several times a day. Can also help ward off regular nasties like colds, etc.
Morning, noon, night sort of thing.

I finally appear to be clear of the sinus infection, took my last Z pac pill Sat AM. No symptoms or issues currently. While the z pac stays in your system a while four days should be sufficient for problems to reappear if they are going to do so.
 
Cigars taste absolutely wonderful, retrohale is delicious.
 
At this point I am thinking that if you want your cigars to taste better, try taking a month off ;)
