With UPS saying they will no longer ship tobacco to individuals and credit card companies issuing thinly veiled threats to merchants, one must wonder if the clamps will finally be put down on purchasing tobacco by mail. Of course they will not stop it. But they can certainly make it more difficult. They have done the same with internet gambling. They haven't stopped it but they sure have made it difficult to move money in and out of those merchants.

Man this sucks. I work two jobs and just opened a second checking account with direct deposit because it had a Mastercard. I already have Visa checkcard on the other and wanted the Mastercard too..... guess I gotta see what happens now.
