This is awesome news! It couldn’t have come at a better time either. Newly imposed taxes in my state alone are insane. It’s nice to have a judge look at it with some sense. Youth certainly aren’t paying for premium cigars, and people who smoke them like cigarettes (similar frequency as well as inhaling) are not smoking premium cigars.. Go home FDA, you’re drunk..
