We really don't know the true story. Maybe he was the one with the gun, but changed the story before the police arrived. We really don't know. Fact is that these buffoons are either walking around with guns or hanging out with other buffoons that definitely shouldn't be walking around with guns. Either way, it looks like gun safety is an issue with these guys.

Ohio has the most stringent CCW rules in the entire country and I can tell you that I would immediately leave a night club if one of these buffoons walked in. You can rest assured they probably never sat through a class or spent time on a range to learn responsibility with a gun.

Don't forget the clause in most carry permit rules allow for well known athletes to carry without taking the class or meeting any other carry requirements.
