What is the smoking situation currently aboard NAVY Ships?

Thanks, that was good information.  When I was in, I believe the vast majority of Sailors smoked and we could smoke almost anywhere except during refueling or rearming.  That situation probably was tough on non-smokers, but it was great for those of us who indulged.
