For once, knowledge is making me poor!
I have an enormous maple tree in my yard/driveway and the roots are starting to come up through the ground. It appears that once they see daylight, they quickly become more prominent and they are becoming a problem.
Is there any way to kill them, grind them, paint them, etc. without killing the tree, to stop them from becoming a bigger problem?
