Indy looked really damn good last night. I was really suprised at their defense. Damn, everytime one of the saints touched the ball they got ROCKED!!!

I hate to be the one to say I told you so... but 16 points wasn't even enough.


How do go from one of the best offences in the NFL (last year) to only putting up a single field goal against the league's most mediocre defense? The Saints need to trade Duce and feature Bush. And... It's called a screen play, the best way to stop a fast undersized defense.

The 2006 Colts had the league's most mediocre defense. The '07 Colts don't have the recognizable names, but the new faces on defense are more athletic (especially Keiaho) and play quicker. The Colts defense relies on speed over bulk, and we've got a ton of speed this year. They tackle much better (how many yards after the catch did the Saints have?), and are much quicker to the ball. This defense won't be the best in the league, but they may surprise a lot of people this year.
