Trying to send out a couple packages and it won't process my CC.

I was in the presence of a couple Browns fans this weekend....maybe I should check to make sure I still have the card :whistling:

I just realized that the only way anyone could test this would be to actually ship something since that's the step I get to before I get the error.........PM me for my address :whistling:

I was using my debit. Bank had my zip listed as 80011. USPS wants to fill me in as 80011-2212. Guess what, no match. Every time I shipped, I had to strip the zip suffix off my address on USPS, then submit.

Ditto. Also, type in the Zip. Pasting it in doesn't work

Doc.

I have found that Click Ship is the spawn of Satan himself...I think I get less frustrated just waiting in line for the postal workers.

Melly

I think it was a problem with CC processing because I was using addresses from my address book and everything went along flawlessly until I checked the "pay and print" button and then it would come back and say they were having trouble processing my CC. It's the same CC that has been on file and I have shipped dozens of packages with it. I will try it again this morning and if it doesn't work I will have to go to the PO.....joy of joys!

Must have been a glitch in their system, it worked okay today.

Also on the cut and pasting of the zip code, you just have to make sure not to cut and paste a space. I struggled with this a couple times until I found I was cutting a space at the end of the zip code.

I've had this problem too with cutting and pasting Zips and Addys. I think it has something to do occasionally putting an extra "space" in.

Nevermind, Cigarstone seems to answer my question above. "GPSdropoff" was right about you... :D
