They have a super priced on Oliva Serie V ($117 per box ) posted but haven't answered the phone in two days. Before doing business with an online vendor for the first time, I generally try to talk to someone at the business via phone.

I tend not to deal with someone who doesn't list a physical address. And they do not readily have it listed. Their "About Us" page doesn't even work. And I have searched that site before for an address and came up empty.

That and they don't ship to APO. No thanks.

I would trust your gut on this one.

I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". There are several members of CP that also work in/run shops. They may not be THE cheapest, but they are competitive and will give you outstanding service and product.
