It's a really cheesey commercial airing in Canada now featuring the once-hero, now disgraced former track star Ben Johnson. Back in 1988 he set the world record in the 100 meter dash in 9.79 seconds in the Olympics, then was stripped of the gold when he tested positive for steroids. He's playing off the angle of being a "cheetah". So sad it's funny.
